Technical process

Raw material preparation

Use polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) as the base resin, add UV absorbers, light stabilizers, flame retardants and other additives. The raw materials need to be vacuum dried to avoid residual moisture and ensure the stability of the polymerization reaction.

Mold design and processing

Use CNC machine tools to carve molds with ribbed textures. The surface roughness of the mold needs to be controlled below Ra0.4μm to ensure the gloss and precision of the sheet after molding.

Casting molding

Inject the evenly mixed slurry into the mold and slowly cure it in a constant temperature and humidity chamber (temperature 25±2℃, humidity 60±5%). By controlling the curing rate, avoid deformation of the sheet caused by internal stress.

Post-processing process

Surface polishing: Use flame polishing or cloth wheel polishing to eliminate mold marks and improve light transmittance.

Customized cutting: Use laser cutting or CNC engraving to achieve complex shape processing.

Texture enhancement: Through chemical etching or hot pressing process, a microstructure is formed on the ribbed texture surface to enhance scratch resistance.


Features

(1) Optical properties
